Interest groups

Interest groups are individuals or entities that want to influence decisions of our company related to the public service we provide.

To ensure transparency, any interest group must be registered in the Register before meeting with the organization's management.

This register allows knowing who has contacted, with what purpose, and in what context.

Registration provides access to:

• Receiving notifications about consultations or regulations of interest
• Participating in an officially recorded manner in open processes.

With this system, we ensure that all interactions with interest groups are public, traceable, and equal.

All interest groups wishing to register in the Register must first accept a common code of conduct.

This code establishes basic ethical rules to act with transparency, integrity, and respect for the public interest when trying to influence decisions or policies related to our activity.

The objective is to ensure that the participation of interest groups is conducted responsibly and under equal conditions before public authorities.
