What are the services and advantages of the TMB App?

With TMB App you can access all the services offered by JoTMBé, on your mobile or tablet. These include quickly obtaining all the personalised information you need for daily travel on TMB public transport. You will also be able to buy your tickets and win prizes and benefits with the JoTMBé Points Program.

Do I have to be registered to use the TMB App?

You can use TMB App freely without the need to identify yourself. 

You will only need identification if you want to store favorites or make purchases. Likewise, we remind you that TMB has a privacy policy in line with the law on the protection of personal data and, should you decide to register, you have guarantees that you will be able to exercise your rights and choose how you want us to use the data at all times.

Registering is necessary to be able to make purchases as well as store favorites for faster access to the information that matters to you, subscribe to the alert service or carry out post-sale management such as obtaining invoices or making returns. 

In addition, if you want, you can choose to be part of our points program and have access to promotions that may be of interest to you.

Do I have to be registered to access TMB App personalised services?

In order to make purchases, post-sale management or access your personalised information, such as your favourites, places and routes you have saved, you have to register in the JoTMBé personal area with an email address and password or a Facebook or Google account, using the credentials of these networks.

Remember that your personal data will be legally protected, according to the terms and conditions of JoTMBé.

What are the advantages of having personalised information?

When you personalise information, the TMB App provides you with quicker and easier access to the information you need to travel on public transport. With the TMB App, you can personalise your welcome screen, have fast and direct access to your stored favourites, places and routes, receive alerts on the service affecting lines, stops and bus and metro stations.

Can I manage all of the personalised information stored on the application from my computer?

Sí. You simply have to identify yourself on the website with your JoTMBé account, and you will access your area. Here you can manage and consult favourites and your personal settings in the same way as with the TMB App.

Which versions of the operative system of mobile devices are compatible with TMB App?

In order for you to be able to download or upgrade the TMB App to your device, you should, as a minimum, have version 7 of the Android system or version 13 of the iOS system. Remember to update it!
