Most of the management can be done online without the need to travel.
All the Punts TMB have video interpretation in Catalan sign language. Currently, this service is offered intermittently until the necessary technical adjustments are completed.

Punt TMB Diagonal

Monday to Friday weekdays, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
August, closed.

Diagonal station (L3, L5). Entrance via Carrer de Rosselló / Rambla de Catalunya, before the ticket gates.

Accessible station. The door of the TMB Diagonal Point is manually operated.

Punt TMB La Sagrera

Monday to Friday weekdays, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

La Sagrera station (L1, L5, L9 Nord, L10 Nord). Entrance via Carrer d'Hondures, before the ticket gates.

Punt TMB Sagrada Família

- From Monday to Friday on weekdays: from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Holidays: from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
- Closed on holidays January 1 and 6 and December 25 and 26.

Sagrada Família station (L2, L5). Entrance via Carrer de Provença / Carrer de la Marina, after the ticket gates.

Punt TMB Universitat

Monday to Friday weekdays, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Universitat station (L1, L2). Entrance via Carrer de Pelai, before the ticket gates.

Accessibility of Punts TMB
All Punts TMB have:
- Preferential service desk for people with disabilities, reduced mobility and other needs.
- Sign language video interpretation service for people with hearing disabilities.
- Inductive loop.
And they have maps of the metro network in relief and a guide in Braille and ink, which are very useful for people with visual disabilities.
